ER nurse by day, adventurous cook by night. My test subjects: my trusting husband, teenage kids, coworkers and scrabble opponents. So far, there are few complaints, and even an occasional request for an encore. I've even been able to teach my mom a few tricks. (And I thought she knew everything already. Who knew?)
Southwest foods, mostly. However, I'm known for my famous chicken pot pie. When I make it, my kids send out texts to all their friends and before I know it, there are several teenage kids showing up for dinner.
