"I have made this recipe several times. It is a fair amount of work but well worth the effort. The taste is unparalled. I was fortunate enough to buy my fresh pasta sheets and ricotta from Capone's in Somerville/Cambridge Massachusetts a store taht was highlighted on the show. Fresh ingredients make a big difference.""
