"Great change from the usual breakfast drinks fare. I added a dash of coffee extract and a dash of almond extract to a second batch. We liked much--and minus the lemon and orange juice (i.e. w/ gin, syrup, bitters and extracts) was a smooth over-ice in rocks glass evening beverage."
"A keeper. Render bacon first before adding onions. Did not drain--used the fat for more intense smoky flavor. Use 1/2 light cream and 1/2 heavy cream.
