"I have always wanted to try Carbonara, and finally did last night. I used thick-cut peppered bacon and I also added chivken breast as I have hearty eaters. It was perfect. My husband is not a big fan of pasta but he loved it and in the words of my son, "That was slammin !" This will definitely be a go-to recipe for our family from now on !
