"Very simple to make and tasty. Made this for my family while on vacation in OBX and they thoroughly enjoyed it! My sister-in-law had me write this recipe down for her and brother-in-law bought me a bottle of wine. Said it was one the best dishes that had ever eaten. Having freshly caught shrimp and local zucchini made it the much more enjoyable! H""
