"This is the absolute best way to prepare my all time favorite vegetable. If you're brave and watch them closely, you can let them go a little longer in the oven until they get somewhat carmelized and crunchy. Decadently delicious!"

"With all that butter and brown sugar, how can you go wrong? I have to confess though, when I made these, I didn't have any Scotch so I used a good bourbon. The flavor was interesting and oh so rich. I will try these again with the Scotch for comparison, but I think I'll use only one egg. The texture was a little too cake-like for me. Overall,"
