"I made the Marscapone and Nutella calzones. They are wonderful! I sprinkled the dough with a little sugar instead of a little salt. The marscapone ran out of the calzones even though I was very careful to seal the edges. The steam popped a hole in most of them. Next time I'm going to use a mini ice cream scoop and make little balls of marscap""
"I made the Escarole calzones tonight. I didn't have any pine nuts, so I just left them out. This is a really tasty recipe! Don't leave out the raisins though. It adds just a hint of sweetness that the bitter escarole needs for balance. ""
