“after adding about 24 oz of tomato puree, 1/2 cup water, and 6 hot chilis, more cayenne pepper, and at least double the amount of cumin & oregano and also some mexican seasoning spice, and a chopped onion, it was really great! you need much more tomato than asked for. i think it must have been a typo in the recipe but who knows. we really like... ”
"best meatloaf ever!!!! so glad my husband found this recipe, i thought the parchment paper method was weird but it's actually the best!!! i don't think it's that spicy so i would add more cayenne if you want it spicier. also i use italian breadcrumbs but i want to try the croutons next time and see if it makes a difference! everyone loves this rec"
