"I really loved this recipe. I am a vegetarian so I just subbed the beef in for one package of MorningStar Griller crumbles (found in the frozen food section). I also reduced the salt to 1/2 tsp. instead of 3/4 tsp. due to the vegetarian beef already having some salt in it. Very easy to make. My twin toddlers even love it. :) ""
