"OK, Instead of truffle butter I made my own butter using about 4 cloves of garlic and the thyme. It was amazing!!!! I would make this over and over and over again! SOOOOOO good!!! Ina hit it right on too with how simple this is! Kind of gooey to smear the butter under the skin, but totally worth the outcome. The turkey was moist and perfect ""
