"Cloudy day in Sacramento perfect soup weather. This recipe is simple and terrific. I used 2 1 lbs. packages of frozen cheese stuffed tortellini but in all honesty with as think and good as this soup is I believe that 1 1lbs. package of tortellini will work. My wife loved this soup and so did I. Easy to do. A keeper!!"
"I tried this recipe the other day. I used 6 thick chicken thighs and I cut them exactly as she did. The recipe is absolutely terrific!! If you prefer the spicier Chinese dishes add this to your list.
I used a beautiful red pepper or use a second if you prefer. They give the dish some nice color.
Try this recipe its the bomb!!"
