"This recipe was so good that it caused me to join cooking channel so that I could give it a rave review! I had never cooked or eaten polenta before so I was a bit hesitant to try this recipe but I'm so glad I did. It's so yummy and the grits create this delicious, cheesy, comforting base that soaks up the liquid. "

"I made the maple sausage but not the sandwich, so that's what I'm rating. I thought it was absolutely delicious, but a bit too salty otherwise it would have been 5 stars. It is now my go-to breakfast sausage. I pre-make it, form patties and freeze them and have used it in eggs benedict, biscuits & gravy and omelettes - super delicious!"
