"Delicious change from my regular meatballs, especially leaving out the onions, and so good with the polenta. I used canned Romas and would double the sauce next time. This would be a great make ahead for company. I recommend adding minced garlic and more fresh basil to the polenta to really put it over the top. Tyler's recipes never disappoint."

"Really easy and delicious. I made them to go with a standing rib roast on New Year's Eve and these were perfect. You could change them up with whatever fresh herb you have on hand. I didn't use the beef fat--just put a little melted butter into each muffin cup and it worked fine. I will make these again for sure, they would work well with a regula"

"Absolutely delicious! I think it's important to use quality parmesan and next time I would omit the salt and add to taste. I added basil puree and that put it out of the park! "A delicious and easy way to prepare fish. My only complaint was that I used wild cod and water pooled in the bottom of the package. Be sure to serve it with the polenta from the same show."

"A little rich, definitely double the artichokes. I substituted carmelized sweet onions for the leeks and it was perfect. Next time I might reduce the mayo and sour cream, and try adding some spinach. A nice base recipe to tweek and make your own.""
