"Really easy and delicious. I made them to go with a standing rib roast on New Year's Eve and these were perfect. You could change them up with whatever fresh herb you have on hand. I didn't use the beef fat--just put a little melted butter into each muffin cup and it worked fine. I will make these again for sure, they would work well with a regula"
