"I just made Kelsey's sauce after looking over at least 18 variations of "Salted Caramel Sauce" on the internet. Wow, did I make the right choice!! It is absolutely delicious, and I am not a huge caramel loving kind of person. I made it just as instructed, but added 1/2 tsp of Mexican Vanilla after I mixed in the butter. Also, I used Pink Himala"
