"I must confess... I used parts of Tyler's receipt (milk and roux as a base for my own Mac & Cheese. I use dry seasonings instead and let them seep in the milk. For the cheeses, I use a combination of cheeses I am feeling for that particular day, but cheddar (white and yellow) is always used in the dish. Still comes out delicious!"
