"great! made these changes: instead of 1 cup wheat flour used 3/4 wheat flour and 1/4 almond flour. Instead of 1/2 cup granulated sugar used 1/4 granluated sugar and 1/4 splenda, instea of 4 oz butter sed 2 oz butter and 2 ox coconut oil, increased cayenne pepper to 3/4 teaspoon. Baked for 7 minutes flattened a little before turning pan and baking "
