"I have made this recipe two times. The problem is how many cups of bread to use. The first time I made it I had no problems but this time I had some problems getting the portion bread to equal the portion of liquid. After changing baking dishes a couple of times adjusting the portions, I got it right. I think I used about 12 to 15 cups by the "

The only thing I did different from the original recipe is instead of French or Italian bread I used cinnamon bread and raisin bread. I used a little over a half loaf of each and cut the cinnamon in the recipe in half to compensate for the cinnamon in the bread."

When put on the pudding it was a wonderful treat. I definitely will make this one again.
