About Me

I've been a chef for the past 30 yrs. I like to experiment with old traditional recipes and tweak them to make them new, vibrant, and low fat. Even a ham and cheese sandwich will rock if you pay attention to presentation. My favorite way to wow a crowd is TAPAS they are quick, packed with flavor, and you can always find something you like!
