"I, too, found the cumin to be a bit overwhelming and sweaty tasting. Normally, I am not fond of mixes. However, when I used a taco seasoming mix, the cumin was given a new brightness -- taking away the cloying cumin/cabbage stinkiness. I adjusted the amount of seasoming since the mix is not as strong as the cumin seeds."
"What a wonderful treat. It's hard to believe that something that easy and humble looking can come out of the oven so crispy, golden, and delicious. I easily halved the recipe the first time through, and am glad I did -- because I can't wait to use the other half of the puff pastry to make another batch for company. My only change would be to us"
"This recipe is incomplete. The ingredients for making this sandwich sound delicious, but without proper directions or having seen the show, there is no understanding of how this should be put together. The picture doesn't show any square of mac and cheese. Everything looked mixed together, not layered."
