"I had three large tomatoes that were pretty ripe, so I thick sliced
them, evoo, garlic, salt and pepper and roasted them on the BBQ
1 1/2 hours - roasted the head of garlic and onion last 45 min.
Used 1/2 can of chopped tomatoes. this was sooooo tasty family
" try this jam on a BLT sandwich - when ripe tomatoes are not in season substitute this tomato jam in this sandwich yummmmmy"
