"I am a total foodie and this salad rocked!!! I couldn't find mesclun in my local grocery store (I live in a small town) so I used arugula instead. There are a lot of elements to the salad, but none are difficult to make. Everything worked so well together. My family was very disappointed when it was all gone! This recipe is definitely a keeper!!""
