“I love this recipe. It's a great alternative to fried chicken. I always cut back on the salt in recipes due to a low sodium diet. I am going to try this with pork chops. This recipe is in her "Foolproof" cookbook that I just purchased. I tried it before I saw her make it on TV. YUM!!! ”

“This was fabulous!!! I followed the recipe, but I chopped the veggies a little bit smaller & used a Kraft Mexican Blend for the cheese.
