"Well I thought it was good. Not fantastic but good. I would definitely make this again. I have never had polenta before and I was a little nervous. But with the shrimp mixture on top well that made it better. The creaminess of the polenta with the shrimp, tomatoe based sauce...it just went together like steak & eggs.""
