Reviewed Shrimp Fried Rice

Monday, Aug 6, 2012 on FoodNetwork.com

"I have made this recipe twice, the first time following the recipe exactly, but the second time I took a couple of liberties. I used shelled edamame instead of snow peas (it's what I had on hand) and doubled the sauce. This fried rice is a winner!"

Reviewed Overnight Cinnamon Rolls

Sunday, Jun 17, 2012 on FoodNetwork.com

"These were the best cinnamon rolls, ever! Alton's clear instructions in the video made a somewhat complicated baking recipe much easier to handle. Reviewed Cinnamon Rolls

Monday, May 14, 2012 on FoodNetwork.com

You can't go wrong with butter, lemon and garlic! I made a foil boat for my salmon and spread the compound butter across the fish and topped with round lemon slices "

Reviewed Guacamole

Tuesday, May 8, 2012 on FoodNetwork.com

"Great guacamole! Just added hot sauce only because I only had about a 1/3 of a pepper. Sprinkle some paprika on top and it's a winner!"

Reviewed Garlicky Holy Guacamole!

Tuesday, May 8, 2012 on FoodNetwork.com

"This was good, but I had to add some stuff. I added cilantro, black pepper, hot sauce and paprika. I also used red onion instead of yellow, it's what was in the fridge, and lime instead of lemon. So I pretty much changed the entire thing. But it was delicious!"

Reviewed Grilled Smoked Pork Chops with Sweet and Sour Glaze

Monday, May 7, 2012 on FoodNetwork.com

"Yum. It wasn't even fair how good these were. The marinade is delicious and the chops were so smoky on the grill. "
