I made this as soon as I saw the episode! I'm a big fan of butternut squash so that's what I used. It reminds me of another recipe of hers, but just a kicked up version! Loved it!

"I thought these were pretty good. After seeing the show today, I decided this looked like a good football meal, and I had most of the ingredients already. The one thing I wish is that the sauce was a little thicker so it stuck to the meatballs better. Good flavor though!"

"I absolutely loved this recipe! I just made it tonight for my boyfriend and I, and we licked it up. The meatloaves were delicious, and I loved the little pockets of cheese on the inside. The BBQ sauce definitely had some kick to it from the chipotles so I will warn about that. Went perfectly with sweet potatoes! Yum!""
