"This was one of several dishes I made for a graduation party and people went crazy for them. Followed the recipe except also added shrimp. My only complaint is that now people constantly want me to make them for all our get togethers and they're fairly expensive to make!"
"I thought this was a great dish. Husband and kids gave it the thumbs up too. As the title says this is a risotto style dish which means you saute the pasta first then slowly add your liquid and let absorb. I used left over rotisserie chix and mini penne and in less than 30 minutes we had a great weekday meal.""
"This was very simple to make and turned out excellent. Just made a few variations: only used 1/2 a bottle of wine (especially after reading the post about bitterness) and added about a tablespoon and a half of tomato paste. Served over butter egg noodles.
