"DELICIOUS!!! I made this twice in the past week. Once for ourselves and once to take to my son who just had surgery for a broken elbow. He needed "one handed" meals on hand, so I cooked this up and put it in a plastic container for him. He raved! "Very good...everyone enjoyed it. Due to a couple of the comments (and the expense) I cut back a bit on the saffron. But I think the full amount would not be too strong. Will make again and I'm looking forward to trying it on some salmon."
