"Loved this recipe!! I did it with a sweet potato and it was still VERY crispy. Not too oily for me but I probably did not put all of the oil on them.
This is a keeper.

"Very easy to make. Great flavors. I tasted the salsa verde before I put it on the food and I was afraid it was too citrusy. But it tasted great on the meat and the jasmine rice that we made.

I had all of the ingredients
and it was quick to make.
The hoisan sauce added a nice flavor
I thought about adding peanuts for a little crunch but did not have any. Not a big seasame fan so I omitted those
