"TSAKETA! I consider myself a bit of a shepherd's pie expert and this recipe is definately in my top 2! I made it with ground turkey (we don't eat red meat) so I had to kick up the measurments for the seasoning by a bit to make sure all the flavor came through. A word to the wise -- use the biggest skillet you have to cook the meat. 2 lbs of meat "
