"Bland, mushy, blah. My husband called it gruel! Prison slop! We laughed so hard... But seriously, it's just not good. "
"I love Giada and I don't think I've ever given one of her recipes a bad review, but these were just not good. The cumin and curry spices completely overwhelmed the nuts and I was sorry we had to just toss a bunch of expensive nuts in the trash because they were pretty much inedible. If you really like cumin, you'll enjoy these, but beware...they"
"Delicious! I used whole wheat flour too. Everyone loved these and you absolutely could not tell they had any "healthy stuff" in them!"
"I made this for our friend's son's birthday party and it was enjoyed by all ages! Not a single bite was leftover. I used less feta than it called for, as it was already pretty salty before adding it. Also, I added cucumber, just for a little crunch. Delicious! Making it again in a couple of weeks for my own son's birthday party!"
"Delicious! Even my husband who doesn't like fruit in savory dishes enjoyed this. I skipped the jalapeno so our 3-yr old gobbled it up too! Definitely making this one again."
"Amazingly good! Definitely want to turn your gas grill down lower than med-high...more like med-low is good. But even a little charred they still tasted fantastic with our venison stew!"
"Delicious! Even my 3 1/2 year old scarfed this up (all but the onions)! I used quinoa instead of couscous and also used sweet turkey Italian sausage. We will definitely be making this again later this summer."
"Delicious. Easy to make and a fantastic side for any type of grilled meat."
"One of the best salads we've ever had! I substituted one tablespoon of Splenda for the 2 tbsp of sugar to cut down the calories and carbs and we couldn't even tell the difference. Also used a mix of baby spinach and baby field greens instead of romaine. I cut back the garlic to one clove instead of two, only because we had a garlic-heavy meal l""
"I substituted beef broth for venison broth, but I did use venison meat. This turned out pretty good (my husband loved it), but it was a bit greasy for my taste. I ended up skimming almost 3/4 cup of oil of the top when it was done and it was still a bit greasy tasting. A fun way to use venison (I'm always looking for ways to use all this deer m""
"Delish! Good idea to add an extra piece or two of bacon. I also used a full cup of cream. ""
"So yummy! I made them without the blackberry jam and also made them much smaller. I made ping-pong size balls and let my 3-year old son roll them in sugar--he loved helping! Baked them for about 12 min and they turned out great!""
"So simple and so delicious! I couldn't find escarole at my local store so I used mustard greens instead, which I had never cooked with before. It turned out great. My husband especially loved it! ""
"My husband and 3-yr old son loved this meal! I used turkey bacon and added a little olive oil to the mix. ""
"Fantastic! I don't have a food mill so I just used my handheld mixer to puree the soup right in the pot after it cooled a little bit. It wasn't completely smooth, but it was still delicious! My husband and 3-year old both loved it too. Yum yum!""
"Delicious! What a yummy, light, meat-free meal to have! I added extra goat-cheese (of course) and it was a fantastic treat. Yum...""
"Delicious! I used pork tenderloin, cut on a diagonal so the slices would be a bit longer and not just little circles. I also just used some leftover whole wheat spahgetti nodles that were in the cupboard intead of angel hair. Oh, and halved the amount of basil since I used dried instead. So yummy! Even my 2-yr old loved it!
"Absolutely delicious! I marinated a single (1 lb) pork tenderloin, with the recipe halved, for only about an hour and then put it on the grill with some aluminum foil under it like a little bowl to hold in the marindade and keep it from sticking to the grill. Grilled for about 15 min, flipping four times. So very good! Yum!
