"Very moist and very good! Makes a huge cake though. I agree with previous review about making into 2 cakes by freezing 1/2 for later. Husband and I both took some to work to share and everyone enjoyed. It's like a moist banana bread with chocolate and icing, I opted to leave out the nuts. This is now on my list of favorite deserts!""
