Reviewed Braised Veal Shanks with Gremolata

"I made this dish tonight and it was truly fantastic.i live in Cleveland, so went to the West Side Market to get the veal shanks. The only downside is that I cut the recipe in half and 2 shanks (1 2/3 pounds), were $23. That said, to get this at a restaurant would have cost at least double. It was a wonderful meal and I will absolutely make it agai"
