"Without a recipe for pizza dough that includes cornmeal, the crust here will not yield the classic Chicago-style stuffed pie. It won't taste right, and it won't stand up to the weight of the filling. (Believe me, I've tried!) Also, tossing some cornmeal into the baking pan will help prevent sticking. A spring-loaded cake pan is best!"
