"I'm so glad these stuffed peppers are both super healthy and super satisfying! The fresh salsa is amazing - I might double the recipe next time so I can snack on it with chips! This recipe is a little time consuming since you have to cook the brown rice first (which takes almost an hour) but I just made the rice the night before and stuck it in "
"I made this earlier this week and loved it. This pasta is super quick and easy, really delicious, and a great new way to use chickpeas. One thing to be aware of though: the 1 pound of penne it calls for makes way more than 4 servings. Be prepared for lots of leftovers. I decided to put all the leftover pasta and sauce in a casserole dish, topp"

"I really love this recipe - it's incredibly easy to make, yet the flavors are impressive enough to serve to guests. My dad always requests this dish because the vinegar gives it a German flair and he loves German food. :)
This is one of my go-to meals, especially in the Fall when apples & onions are such featured ingredients. I usually serve it with boiled red potatoes dressed with a little garlic and sour cream. YUM!"
"This is by far my favorite banana muffin recipe! I make them all the time for my family, to bring to potlucks or parties, and to give as gifts. I love the moist texture of Giada's muffins, and the banana flavor is amazing - not at all bland like some of the other recipes I've tried. It's definitely a sweet muffin, though, so if you're looking for something more along the lines of a breakfast muffin, you might want to cut down the amount of sugar and even substitute wheat germ or oats for some of the flour. I happen to love the sweetness of these; I've never bothered to frost them, but I do occasionally add semi-sweet chocolate chips for a little extra decadence. Thanks, Giada!"
