“You could try ricotta cheese, I did a search for substitute for goat cheese and that was what was suggested.”

“I made this for my husband and I for dinner tonight. It was quick and easy to prepare. I do suggest you use a good quality beef broth, I used a store brand and it had a week beef flavor I added about a tsp of beef bouillon granules to help bump up the flavor. The sauce was a bit runny so I ended up making a flour slurry to help thicken the sauce.... ”

“I thought I did a review on this, but I don't see it. I made this a few years ago. I used Kaiser rolls that I cut the top off and then the center to make a bowl. I couldn't find all the meats that Rachael used so I substituted a few other meats. It was amazing. It is a keeper. I plan on making this for the upcoming Superbowl along with homemade... ”

“I made this to have on Christmas day since we were doing a Hawaiian themed meal. It was great. I used whole frozen strawberries and I used pina colada mix in place of the coconut milk. I have seen other recipes that call for a banana. May add that next time. It tastes similar to a pina colada mixed with strawberries. So basically a strawberry... ”

“I am offended by your first sentence. I know Mexicans that can't make menudo. It would be nice if you would have said my fellow cooks. I found what you posted on how to make menudo as their are no amounts or clean instructions. Guess you don't know how to cook either.”

“I made these potatoes for Thanksgiving. They were amazing. The hint of lemon was not overpowering. It was a perfect compliment to the turkey. We have enough left over we are going to make gnocchi with some of the leftovers. ”

“I made this for breakfast. This was awesome. This is more like a bread pudding. So if you don't care for bread pudding you won't care for this. My husband and I are thinking of adding raisins or some other fruit to the bread/egg mixture. Jay and for others who are complaining about heart attack, let me ask you if you eat a double cheeseburger, or... ”

“jaimemcewen_12047910 of course it isn't going to taste like a cobb salad as it isn't a salad. It is a meatloaf with a salad on the side
I made this and felt that the meat mixture needs a bit more seasoning. The salad was amazing. With the leftover meatloaf and spinach salad we made sandwiches. . ”
"The only change I did, was to bake the baking soda for 1 hour at 250 degrees on a foil lined baking sheet. They were awesome. They taste better then what I can get in the mall. I froze the extras and then reheat them at 400 degrees for about 3-4 minutes. "
"I made this last night for dinner. I used Baby Bellas. It came out fluffy and tasted amazing. It tasted even better the next day. I like the idea of cooking the rice in the oven, it came out fluffy. I will always cook my rice in the oven, because when I cook it on the stovetop it comes out sticky. Like it was already said, this is a great ba"
"We made this recipe using the hot dogs I got from Stoyish Meats. The sports peppers are hot, I chopped mine up and sprinkled them over the hot dog. I also used my canned bread and butter pickles. It was amazing. The recipe is a keeper. The hand cut fries for me to turn out crispy but the celery salt is a nice twist."
"First I want to thank all the viewers that commented and left tips. I did reduce the water to 1 cup like one viewer suggested plus many of the other tips. I used a blend of walnuts, almonds and roasted salted cashews. I could not find raw cashews in any of the grocery store. I will have to order the raw cashews from the Nifty Nut House in Wic"
"I loved the glaze. The scone recipe didn't work for me. My scone dough was way to soft I had to add another 1 - 1 1/2 cups of flour. The scone didn't have much flavor don't know if that was because I had to add more flour. This recipe is not a keeper for me.
"This was amazing. I agree, the avocado dressing is thick, but like some other reviewers stated it would be good on a sandwich (in place of mayo). I also like the suggestion by another reviewer about putting it in a tortilla for a wrap. A great way to have lunch for the next day."
"I am not a cole slaw fan. Even as a kid I hated cole slaw. My husband wanted cole slaw so I went looking for a recipe and tried this one. This is one cole slaw that I will eat. My husband even loved it. This will be my go to recipe for cole slaw. Thanks for the recipe Paula. "
"Downtowngirl, you aren't doing anything wrong. I have always soaked my beans overnight or done the speedy thing where you bring the bean to a boil for one minute. Let sit for one hour then cook. I think a step was skipped in the recipe. I soaked my beans overnight and cooked this in a crockpot. We didn't care for it. What I cant understand i"
"We loved the flavor but the recipe I used was from the episode of Best Thing I Ever Made called Queso Fundido with Chorizo. It is the exact recipe that is posted here. It really isn't something you can dip like a cheese dip type thing. I used Italian sausage. The thing that the recipe doesn't say is to cover it with foil. It was in the video t"

"This needs more flavor and a dipping sauce. We like the concept but will probably had some hot sauce and then dip in ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing.
I agree it was dry and the bottoms did get soggy. I will bake them on a rack next time to help make them less soggy."
"This is amazing. We toasted the buns to give them some crunch and texture. The olive cream cheese has that creamy texture from the cream cheese and the briny salty taste from the olives and the olive brine. You don't need to add any salt to the burgers it gets enough from the olive cream cheese. We have enough leftover for bagels in the mornin"
