Reviewed French Toast with Salted Caramel and Creme Fraiche

Sunday 8 days ago on Cooking Channel

I love the mix of the french toast and caramel!!! This is simple and a fun twist on the average french toast. I use the left over caramel for other baked goods I like"

Reviewed Jimmy's Cachapas

Monday, Apr 22, 2013 on Food.com

"I love all types of latin food and I am in love with arepas. I heard of cachapas and I had to make some. This recipe was simple and AWESOME! I liked the sweetness and corn texture of the pancakes. Definitely a different twist on the typical pancake. I would make these again!"

Saturday, Dec 8, 2012 on Cooking Channel

"I personally would prefer a sausage or a regular hot dog than the chorizo as it is a strong tasting meat. However, this recipe rocks either way! So easy. The beer batter was sooooooooooooo tasty! The honey really adds that corn dog sweetness to it and I love the mixture of the cornmeal with the flour to add some texture. I actually like this "
