"These cupckaes were so good and moist! The mascarpone gives them a creamy flavor and the strawberry glaze a nice tangy zip. You can't eat just one. My only complaint is that the cupcakes didn't bake up so pretty on my end, but nonetheless, tasted fantastic. A real hit!"
"Made this tonight and my husband and I just loved it!! The sauce on the top was a tad too sweet, so I may back off on some of the brown sugar, but it was soo good. The soaked bread kept it nice and moist and the whole thing filled my kitchen w/ yummy aromas while it was baking! Mmm Mmm Good!"
"This was amazing!!! Made half the recipe for my family and used homemade turkey sausage and skim milk. It was so good and good for you!""
"Wow! So good! My husband raved about these and he is a stickler for refried beans from a can. And so simple and easy too! A keeper for sure!""
"This was ok. It tasted fine, just wasn't reminiscent of a traditional bbq pulled pork. If I made this again I'd definetly put a bbq rub on the surface of the meat. I did enjoy the sweetness that the soda gave the dish though and I didn't think it was too spicy either!""
"This soup was delish and very comforting! I left out the potato just b/c I thought the lentils would make it filling enough. Great way to get in some greens too!""
"This was fantastic! Lovely flavor combination and with a few changes it could go in plenty different directions, but wonderful as is! Nice that it can be prepared ahead of time, makes it great for company around the holidays!""
"What a great soup! I roasted the squash in the oven and then pureed it before adding it to the soup (my husband wouldn't eat it if not) and it made it even more silky and smooth than I'd expected. Great flavor and so comforting!""
"I thought this was delicious! I cut the meat down by half b/c I find 1 pound feeds 4 just fine. The flavor is great and it's a great way to use up leftover tortillas. Thanks Rachael!"

"Love, love, love this recipe! Can't tell you how many times I've made this and how simple it is and quick too! So comforting and warming and just delicious!! A must try for sure!
"Wow, these were surprisingly easy! This was my first time making caramel and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Love the smoked almond combination. I used mini muffins and got about 34 of them. However, I did find that 3/4 c of chocolate was not enough to cover them all. Probably double that, but I covered the tops completely, not a drizzle. Will certainly make again!
