"I've had similar desserts while living in Munich, Germany, so I wanted to try Oma's recipe. The only changes that I made was that I used 1 cup sugar and just 3 black plums with a touch of brown sugar sprinkled on top.
It was delicious! Not too sweet or tart. The crust is cake-like and crispy --the spiraled plum slices made a beautiful presenta"
