"These cookies are amazing!! I love butter cookies and these are buttery, rich, and EASY to make. I added the zest of 1 lemon and 1/2c of white chocolate chips. I then drizzled them with some lemon glaze ( 2/3c confectioners sugar & 2 TBSP freshly squeezed lemon).

"This recipe was fast and easy. I had to make a few changes due to what I had on hand. I baked them in a large cast iron skillet for 25 minutes. I didn't have any AP flour on hand so I replaced it with whole wheat and instead of yellow corn I replaced it with blue.
