"My husband and I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before we made this. 1 1/2 hours is DEFINITELY NOT enough time to get the ribs tender. They were terrible, tough, and chewy. The next day we put the leftovers back in the oven for another 2 or 2 1/2 hours and they were better, but not worth ever making this recipe again! "
