“This was SO good!! My Italian hubby said this is one of his favorites that I have made and I make Italian food all the time. I made a pan for one of our friends in our neighborhood and they said it was their second favorite Italian meat they have ever eaten.. what a compliment!! I will for sure make this again!! The only change I made was to use... ”

“This was a great side dish for the fish I was cooking. This is a great base recipe that can be tweeked with different veggies like mushrooms or even squash. This sure beats standing at the stove and stiring. I will for sure make this one again. ”
"I thought this was really good but too thick. I had to add some milk to thin it out a bit. I think the cilantro was a little too much as well and I love cilantro. I will for make this for a party as it does make a lot with less cilantro and added milk. My hubby LOVED this queso and he is not a fan of queso at all."

“I think this is a little boring as written. I love the idea.. my 12 year old son had fun making these. I did add cheese and a dollop of sour cream. ”

“These were good and my hybby liked as well. The only change I made was to add some burger seasoning the meat for a little more flavor. You don't even need any kind of dressing cus the swiss is so smooth and creamy along with the onion. The Rye bread is a must with this. I will for sure make these again.. maybe have hubby grill instead to keep my... ”

“I thought this was really good! However, my hubby and kids didn't like it... I don't think they are crazy about peanut sauce... Had a friend over and he ate some of the leftovers and went on and on how good the sauce was. I give two thumbs up but won't be making again since I'm the only one who like it ”

“I thought this was a good version of SP... However my hubby and family did not like it cus it was too "fancy". This is really a warm dish and would be great in the cooler months as the cinnamon gives it that fall flavor. I will not make this again only because my family didn't like it. ”

“These turned out so good! My hubby really really liked these and told me to make again... He almost fought me for the leftover one that was left. The kids did not like them at all.. But will for sure make again. I could not find the red pepper relish so I left that out ”

“I thought this was good but not sure I would make again. I think there was way too much onion for this recipe and the cheese sauce was a little bland. I also thought there was too much vinegar in the recipe. The chili salsa was good but I have a better recipe. I also thought the burger itself was bland and we cooked ours on the grill. ”

“These turned out good and I followed the recipe to a T. Even my daughter who does not like Mexican food liked this. I served with guacamole and Mexican rice. I think I might try these rolled in crepes shells next time for a softer shell. These would also be good with a nice light cream sauce poured over the top. I will make again as is but would... ”

“This was delish! Very fresh tasting and healthy. I followed the recipe to a T. The only changes I might make next time is use fresh spinach instead of frozen. You could even add some zucchini. I think I will make with the feta cheese instead of the goat cheese as I think feta has a little more bite to it. I served this with wedged potatos tossed... ”

“I thought this was really good. I think next time I make this I might add some zucchini for more texture and to get more veggies. My hubby thought it was too light of a meal so I might add a side of asparagus next time as well. I will for sure make this again ”

“OH MY OH MY!!!! This turned out PERFECT... I followed the recipe to a T except I used a 3.8 pound leg of lamb as that was the biggest available.. I quartered Yukon Gold potatoes and put under the roast as directed... Those too were perfect!! It very important to use a thermometer as it is a guessing game otherwise... I have one on my oven and took... ”

“I made this with frozen wild mushroom ravioli I bought at Sams. The only changes I made was that I added Italian sausage meat balls (only because I had them in my freezer) and I sauteed my asparagus in a little EVOO salt/ pepper as I think it adds so much more flavor then boiling. I too added a little onion when I sauteed the garlic. This was really... ”
