"While I was shredding the zuchini and the apple, there was a lot of juice in the bowl and then the zuchini and apple seemed to have a lot of liquid in it. i squezzed the liquid out. Big mistake! The bread was very good, but it was very dry. You needed a glass of milk to go with it. I will make it again, but I will leave the liquid in. "
