"This was a fun and tasty treat. The variations are endless. While I did not use the caramel, the chocolate drizzle was a fine substitute. I bought a large warehouse's ice cream which made for a very creamy mixture. I also used Weller 80 proof for the bourbon. So maybe next time I will try kahlua or even Creme de Menthe."
