"I have made this twice. First time, to recipe. Second, with some changes. I added 1/4 cup parmesan to polenta and used low sodium chicken stock instead of water. I used two slices of turkey bacon instead of canadian bacon (easier to keep on hand). I used canned tomatoes with salt. I then omitted additional salt...and of course... extra hot s""
