"Mucho delicioso!!! Used half & half instead of full cream. Loved the towel tip Marcela used when taking the corn off the cob; by placing a towel underneath it, kernels landed on the towel and not all over the counter and floor. High raves all around!"
"Delicious!!!!! Couldn't get to it the first night I made it, but it was extremely good on the third day. My husand and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I added just a little bit more chilies."
"Agree that the skin should be removed. Other than that minor detail, this recipe was AWESOME!!! Plan to try it again with slow-cooked pork shoulder. We skinned the jalapenos but not the tomatillos. We did not use the lime sour cream, but plan to do so next time."
"Love, love, love this recipe! And the gravy was so simple and delicious. I had a frozen turkey in my freezer leftover from last November. My husband and I had Thanksgiving dinner in "March" with all the fixings. Thanks, Anne, for a moist, succulent bird!""
"Loved, loved, loved it! Used lamb loin chops. Excellent marinade. Husband usually doesn't like tzatziki, due to his dislike for cucumbers, but he raved over this one. (Think it had something to do about grating the cucumber). Forgot to do the arugula salad. Made a traditional tabouli instead (also found on Food Network site). Thank you, again, An""
"This "curry" IS outstanding!! My husband and I flipped over it! I did not realize that Indian dishes contained chocolate. With the addition of wine (I used white wine instead) and the tomato base with the chocolate chips and chili, this could also be a Mexican lamb stew.
Dear Nena in MD, curry is an Indian dish not a spice. You're probably thinki""
"Loved it! But how do you turn the small squid bodies inside out?
Didn't do this step, dish was absolutely delicious! My husband (fortunately for me) knows how to clean squid and said this was the best squid dish he had ever eaten. ""
"Delicious! Thank you Anne for showing me another way to cook cauliflower that is unbelievably tasty! Couldn't find striped bass, used grade ahi (tuna) instead. My husband went wild over this dish."
