"A bit baffled by some of the not so great reviews of these wings. We think these are SO GOOD!! They are crispy, tasty and every time I make them everyone wants the recipe! The lime just sets them off and the flavors are classic Thai which I love. To me, this recipe is PERFECT.

"Although easy to make it really didn't taste like caramel. It was more like a brown sugar sauce. The sugar just doesn't really completely dissolve because of the lack of liquid so it is a bit granular. Has a nice brown sugar flavor though. I too had to add more half & half. Great sauce in a pinch but for me it just doesn't have a caramel taste. I'"
