"This was very good and easy to make. I did put in less sugar and it was still a little too sweet for me. I would start with 1-2 Tbsp of sugar and add more if needed. This would be good with some chopped mango added at the end. You can use this in a variety of ways - its good with chicken and I even put some in soups that are very savory to lighten"

"This cake is delicious! My family doesn't like coconut, so I left that out and it was still so good. I used only cream cheese for the frosting and substituted a little milk and 1 tsp vanilla for the lemon juice and it was really good. Will definitely make again. "

"This is an excellent dish with great flavor. I didn't have tomatoes so used canned diced tomatoes and they worked fine. It seemed to take a lot longer for the potatoes to cook than the recipe said and I don't think I cut them too large. However, I didn't use red potatoes so maybe that's why. "These brownies are excellent! They are rich and delicious with a hint of spices. I actually cut the recipe in half, baked it in a 8x8 pan at 325 for 30-32 minutes and tested with toothpick and they turned out great. I used half dark chocolate chips and half semi sweet choc chips. Will just try semi sweet next time and reduce the sugar a bit. I use"
