"I made this for our Christmas Day buffet...an unusual addition to the table and perfect at room temp. Everyone loved it and asked about the combination of flavors. Sensational with a glass of chablis.

Also, I used an excellent olive oil infused with lemon, as my own twist on Rachel's recipe.
