Really good! Made recently for an appetizer party and they were great. I doubled the sun-dried tomato stuffing and used almost double the mushrooms. I used fresh mozzarella. One of her better recipes I think.

We really liked this recipe. I used less chicken 'cause I didn't have enough on hand so I aded a can of black beans. I also forgot the flour so mine was a bit wetter than the video, but flavor was great. They got a bit spicer when baked which we like. I used corn whole wheat tortillas, yum.

I think this is one of her best recipes. So easy and really tasty and I am not a huge chocolate lover! Family devorured. I skipped the brandy as w have some non-drinkers. Next time I may try a mix of milk and semi sweet chips. I had no problem with grit or setting up. I used the hot coffee and blender and it turned out perfectly.

We loved this recipe, made for xmas eve dinner with rack of lamb. I only used 4-5 slices of bacon and it was perfect. The contrast of sweet from potatoes and maple syrup with smoke from chipotles and bacon was very nice.

Really good! I made for Christmas morning. I used a bag of fresh potatoes, O'Brian cubes I think, that I coooked the night before instead of the pasta. I also didnt have smoked mozarella, used fresh instead. Everyone loved these! I will defintely make again and would like to rty with the pasta. The proscuito is a must in my opinion.

Better than I expected! I followed the french toast recipe. I did omit a stick of butter and the nuts for the topping. I can't imagine anyone would want the syrup, but I did serve alongside.
