“Good way to use leftover oatmeal, but the time indicated is way under-inflated. They only show the mixing, 1 hour rising and baking time. They left out the fact that you have to let the bread rise over-night in the refrigerator. Terrible instructions. They never mentioned the fact you have to use instant dry yeast if your using this recipe as written.... ”
